What We Know
Most pages about an unlaunched community quietly blur these three categories together. We'd rather show you the seams.
A pre-launch community attracts a particular kind of content: confident pages full of amenities, floor plans and price ranges that nobody has published. Some of it is guesswork. Some of it is another community’s material with the name swapped. It is all worth nothing to you when you’re deciding whether to plan a move.
So here is our full position, sourced and labeled. Where we’re relying on someone else’s claim, we say whose. Where we looked and found nothing, we say that too.
Lennar is the builder.
Named by the listing agent circulating the community and by the buyer interest group that formed around it. Lennar is the second-largest homebuilder in the United States and has built across Lee County for years.
The location is the Gateway area, on Daniels Parkway east of I-75.
Directly across Daniels Parkway from Timber Creek, Lennar’s 1,310-home community at the Daniels Parkway and State Road 82 corner.
Nothing is for sale yet.
Lennar has published no community page, no floor plans, no pricing, no homesite map and no photography for Daniels Creek. We checked every community Lennar currently lists in the Naples/Fort Myers market. Daniels Creek is not among them.

Reported by a local listing agent promoting the community. Not confirmed by Lennar and not found by us in any Lee County public record. Treat it as a working estimate.
A resort-style amenity program.
Widely repeated locally, and consistent with what Lennar built across the street. No amenity list has been published. We will not print one until Lennar does.
Site work beginning, with the gatehouse and entry hoped for this year.

None of this exists publicly yet. Anyone showing you Daniels Creek floor plans or prices today is showing you another community’s material.
What we checked ourselves
Every community Lennar currently lists in the Naples/Fort Myers market — thirty of them, from Bayshore Ranch to Willowgreen at Babcock Ranch. Daniels Creek appears on none of them. We also tried the URL patterns Lennar uses for its community and coming-soon pages; all of them return a not-found page with no mention of the name.
We searched Lee County’s list of planned development applications under review. No application under the name Daniels Creek. It’s entirely possible the project is entitled under a different name — that’s normal — but we won’t guess which one.
What we’re taking on someone else’s word
The scale figures — roughly 1,600 homes on about 500 acres — come from a local listing agent promoting the community in August 2026. The site-work timing comes from the organizer of the buyer interest group in July 2026.
Both are plausible and both are unconfirmed. Neither is something we would want you making a relocation decision on. We’re printing them because you’ll encounter them anyway, and you should know where they came from.
A note on floor plans
If you’ve been sent Daniels Creek floor plans, they aren’t
Plan sheets are circulating in the local groups attached to this community’s name. We looked at a set of them. They were Lennar’s Savanna Lakes plan sheets — a different community in Lehigh Acres — with 2022 copyright stamps.
That’s not necessarily anyone acting in bad faith. People share what they have to fill a vacuum. But Savanna Lakes plans tell you nothing reliable about what Lennar will build here: the product mix follows the land, the price point and the phase, and this site is positioned as a Timber Creek successor rather than a Lehigh Acres patio-home community.
We will publish Daniels Creek floor plans on the day Lennar publishes Daniels Creek floor plans, and not one day before.

We’ll send you Lennar’s actual published plans and pricing for Daniels Creek as soon as they’re released — clearly sourced, with nothing filled in.
We’ll also text you the Lennar release the day it publishes — plans, prices and the homesite map — before it circulates locally.
