- Registration handled before your first visit, so you keep the option of independent representation instead of losing it at the door.
- The honest comparison set. If something already selling in Gateway or along Daniels suits you better than waiting a year for this, we’ll tell you that too.
What you don’t get
A drip campaign. A newsletter about the Florida lifestyle. Your number sold to three lenders and a title company.
We text you when something actually happens with this community. If nothing happens for six months, you won’t hear from us for six months.
On the timing. We’d rather you hear this now than after: this community may not release for a year or more. If you need to be in a home this season, say so on the form and we’ll point you at what’s actually available today — including across the street, where Manor Homes are still selling.
