Daniels Creek does not appear on it. That is the clearest single piece of evidence that the community has not been released for sale.

Why the count matters
Around thirty active communities in one market
That density is the practical reason to take the Daniels Creek reports seriously. A builder with this much active land in Lee and Collier, and a community closing out on Daniels Parkway, has an obvious commercial reason to open the parcel opposite.
It is also the reason to shop across the list rather than fixating on one name. If your priorities are a specific school, a lake lot or a 2026 closing, one of the communities above almost certainly beats waiting for Daniels Creek — and we would rather tell you that than sit on it.
